The Monterey is a home that is always classy. There are 3 and 4 bedroom options, all of which feature a sophisticated kitchen, meals, living and courtyard area all in one continuous sweep down one side of the home. A particularly classy feature is the connection between the main bedroom and the rear courtyard.
For each home in our range you can select ultima or platinum specification levels, a variety of floor plans and different facades to suit your own needs and style.
